Anywhere there are power lines, Towers, or other O&R stuff, they say they have a Right-of-Way to destroy the Trees nearby! There is no rhyme or reason, they cut some, butcher other and leave a 20 ft. stump, go after big old oaks, maples, ash, and leave others hanging dangerously in the roadways! Travel the roads, see the destruction, no one can stop them, cause O&R is a big powerful monopoly! Rockland County has the same problems. The Journal News archives have tons of angry homeowners, being surprised when coming home from work to see their tree shredded into a pile of wood chips. Anyone got any ideas?
