LEWIS TREE SERVICE BUTCHERING OUR TREES AGAIN

Lewis Tree Service of PA. is back in Orange County butchering our beautiful tree again! Orang and Rockland has hired them back after they did such a great job last time shredding the trees of Monroe, Fla., Chester, Warwick, Middletown, etc...
Anywhere there are power lines, Towers, or other O&R stuff, they say they have a Right-of-Way to destroy the Trees nearby! There is no rhyme or reason, they cut some, butcher other and leave a 20 ft. stump, go after big old oaks, maples, ash, and leave others hanging dangerously in the roadways! Travel the roads, see the destruction, no one can stop them, cause O&R is a big powerful monopoly! Rockland County has the same problems. The Journal News archives have tons of angry homeowners, being surprised when coming home from work to see their tree shredded into a pile of wood chips. Anyone got any ideas? Anyone been hurt by them like us? Please contact us. Thanks.

O and R Contractors Butchering Our Trees

Please read this! We are under the attack of the tree butchering contractor for the Orange & Rockland Giant Monopoly again. Their name is LEWIS TREE SERVICE, from PA. (See the White Trucks with Giant Shredders and Cherry Picker Booms)
They are cutting down our beautiful ornamental trees on our property. They are being shredded as I write this. There is nothing we can do! They say they have a right- of- way to come on our property and do this horrible thing! Apparently sometime in the 30's some low-bottom feeder lyers drew up this scam so O&R could run wires across the property of anyone and anywhere! And pay NOTHING for this intrusion! Also stating they had the rights to cut all vegetation and spray herbicides and pesticides on our soil!!!
Now they are here again, doing their dirty destructive work , "We are only doing our job" is what they are saying. Adolf H. said that too! He got his reward.
We have benn grooming our trees and property for 20 years, its starting to look nice, Maples, Hemlocks, Oaks, Birches,etc.. But now we are losing them to these butchers! We can only stand by and watch. They can leave anything they want or shave it naked to the ground.
It is at their discretion. We have seen trees hanging in the road, yet they go out of their way to go in the woods and destroy a beautiful giant maple or oak thirty feet in! WHY???
We are deeply sadened and angry. AND there are many stories of this happening all over. The Rockland County Journal News has Archives of sad stories in their records, but no one seems to be able to stop them. Our countryside is starting to look like a WAR ZONE! Did'nt we all move to the country for the green trees and fields. The sounds of birds. Fresh Air! Thats what trees provide. We are so hurt! Anyone out there got any ideas or help? Please let us hesr from you. Thanks. ALERT: we have just been notified by a tag on our gate that O&R subcontractor Lewis Tree Service will be trying to shred our trees! Feb. 19th sometime maybe 7:30 am on-- They also left a copy of an VERY POISONOUS HERBICIDE CALLED: ACCORD CONCENTRATE! We do not know if this will be attempted to be sprayed on our property!!! We have HONEY BEES and do not want this sprayed near us. They are not using proper judgment or care about the consequences of their action. We will suffer. We will be left with a POISON on our land and in our WELL WATER. This is wrong! O&R must not do this!!! What can we do??? Anyone????
